Baby Diapers

How does your diapers fit compare to other brands?

Our tape diapers are sized similar with other brands but our diaper pants are sized slightly bigger compare to Asian brands. We recommend sampling the size based on your baby’s current weight and adjust the size accordingly. If you have any questions about
sizing, you may contact our friendly customer service at offspringsgsupport@jddistribution.sg and we are happy to assist you.

How to choose the right size?

Our diapers and diaper pants are based on weight. You can find our sizing chart here.

Can wrong size cause any issue?

Too loose or too tight in any area will cause issues like leakages, blowouts and rashes. For instance, if you chosen a size bigger than your baby should be wearing, there is high chance of leakages or blowouts. The pattern of leakages such as – leaking from the side, and any corner when the diaper is still remain dry and empty. This can be indicating that you’ve chosen the wrong size (bigger) size that your baby should be wearing.

If in the event you’ve chosen the smaller size which your baby should be wearing, you might experience leakages when the diaper is overflow, rashes appear on your baby skin due to fullness / high level of moist as the capacity of the diaper has been over the limit that it should be for the baby, or skin irritation (too tight).

A good diaper fit should be snug fit and sit comfortably on the baby’s waists and thighs. Tips: A good fit should show that the frontal part of the diaper sits on top of the baby’s belly button. If the diaper is oversized, often it will be worn way high from the belly button, or if it’s undersized, it will be worn below the belly button.

Is elastic waistband important for diaper?

The waistband plays an important role to keep your baby snug fit and comfortable at the same time, it also prevent blowout from the back of your baby’s bottom.

When should my baby move to a larger size?

When you notice the following:-

1. Diapers full very soon as compare to previous and easily leak – it’s time for your baby to move up to 1 size.

2. The elastic band has max out and very tight on your baby’s waist

3. When the front waistband of the diaper pants are below your baby’s belly button, it also means that the size is too small for your baby.

Does the sticker on the diaper pants indicate front or back?

The toss tab sticker is located at the back of the diaper pants. It is used to seal the soiled diaper for easy disposal.

When is the right time for my baby to switch to pants?

Diaper pants are suitable for babies who start to crawl and stand, as it is fuss-free and easily glide-on to active babies.

Do your diapers come with wetness indicator?

Our diapers do not come with wetness indicator as the materials currently used to make a wetness indicator are not in line with our eco-friendly diaper standards. However, we always strive to source the best and safest materials and definitely will look into safer way of wetness indicator in near future.

Is your diaper able to absorb more than 10 hours?

It is not our usual practice to claim / encourage parents to prolong wearing of disposable diaper. Though our fashion diapers are able to last overnight, we always encourage parents to change your baby’s diaper regularly during the day to avoid rashes and bacterial irritation due to prolong exposure or baby’s urine direct on the skin.

How absorbent are your diapers?

Our chlorine-free fashion diapers have a patented dual absorbent core technology that able to lock-down urine and moist quickly while keeping your baby’s skin dry and comfortable for longer period of time.

However, our Featherlite Ultra-Thin diapers is designed to be light-weight and made without woodpulp, while absorb urine faster than any other conventional diapers, to keep your baby’s skin dry. The Featherlite Ultra-Thin diapers are specially designed for day wear and for maximum movement during the day.

Where are your diapers material come from?

We strive to provide you the best materials. Our materials are sourced globally from Japan, Europe, and US.

What is the safety standard Offspring diapers have achieved?

Our diapers comply with the requirements under the U.S Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (16 CFR Part 1610).

The ink used on the diaper has passed the California Prop65 test and meet the requirements of the lead content of children’s products required by Section 101 of the CPSIA of 2008.

Are your diapers biodegradable?

While there is no disposable diaper is 100% biodegradable or compostable, Offspring Chlorine-Free Fashion Diapers has been certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) C149807 for the materials used from sustainable forest.

Are your diapers and pull ups certified?

Yes. All Offspring diapers and pull-ups are certified Cruelty-Free by PETA, which means we do not perform any animal testing on our products or ingredients.

Do your diapers and pull-ups contain disposable tape?

Yes! As much as we want our baby pull ups to be disposed in a neat way, we provide 3M disposable tape in our pull ups.

Is there a reason why your diapers and pull-ups have no wetness indicators?

While we know a wetness indicator provides convenience for parents in letting them know that it’s time for a nappy change, wetness indicators are made with chemicals, and our emphasis on creating the most natural and safest products for you and your loved ones prevents us from including this in our diapers.

Instead, we encourage parents to, whenever possible, change baby’s diapers every 3-4 hours to keep baby dry and clean. And while you’re doing that, here’s a little tip: use our plant-based baby wipes to wipe your baby’s bum and apply our Soothing Nappy Balm on your baby’s during nappy change to keep baby’s delicate area clean and fresh.

Why do Offspring Baby Diapers smell when it's full?

We do not add any odour-masking agent nor odour-blocking agent to our diapers. They are pure and original and made without added synthetic odour blocker. Therefore, there will be slight smell when the diapers are full.

Are your fluffless pull ups safe for my baby and toddler?

Absolutely – that’s why it’s taken years for it to reach the market. Our ultra-thin pull ups and diapers are made without optical brighteners, chlorine, bleaches, dyes, lotions, fragrances or any odour-masking agents. The ink used om the backsheet is also made without heavy metals and lead. Plus, they are Certified Cruely-Free and Vegan – so we’ve put a lot of effort in making them safe for you, your little one and the environment.

How are woodpulp-free or fluffless diapers meant to be better for the environment?

At Offspring, our commitment to sustainability is second only to our dedication to ensuring the safety of our products for use by you and your loved ones. With our fluffless diapers and pull-ups, we avoid using cellulose and woodpulp, helping us save millions of trees.

What’s the difference, really, between conventional diapers and ultra-thin fluffless diapers?

Every parent knows that when a diaper or pull-up is full, especially in the mornings, a diaper will appear intensely bulky. This is because the woodpulp in conventional diapers has absorbed moisture, causing the pulp to bulk up. Eventually, if baby moves around too vigorously, or sits down with a heavy impact, the inner layer of the diaper is likely to break, creating unsightly bulges and making it more difficult for your little one to move around.

But this isn’t, so to speak, the bulk of it. Fluffpulp in conventional diapers acts similarly to cotton in storing and retaining urine. When the diaper is full, and baby continues to sit or move, it is likely that this may push out moisture from the wet pulp. It’s just like when you squeeze a wet cotton bud – the moisture is released when pressure it applied. In this case, the urine will be expelled from the pulp and back onto baby’s skin, leading to a condition we call ‘compression re-wetting’. The advantage of a fluffless or woodpulp-free diaper like Offspring Featherlite is that it has no fluff for the moisture to gather in, but instead uses a patented technology to disperse the moisture, thus completely avoiding the risk of re-wetting.

Since your Featherlite Ultra-Thin diapers do not contain woodpulp, does this affect the absorbency?

While it’s logical to think that Offspring Featherlite diapers may not be able to absorb as much moisture compared conventional ones with fluffpulp, the patented design – and years of research put into the technology – ensures that our 5-layer absorbent core provides faster, better and more efficient absorbency when compared with normal diapers. Don’t just take our word for it – ask for a trial pack and let your little one give it a try!

How are Offspring Featherlite Ultra-Thin Diapers & Pull Ups different from others in the market?

Most other diapers and pull-ups are conventionally made with SAP and a wood fluffpulp core. Offspring Featherlite diapers, on the other hand, is designed with SAP and a patented 5-layer hyper-absorbent core that is thinner, lighter and more efficient replacement for pulp – an innovation that produces the perfect balance of lightweight diapers and effective absorbency. Besides that, Offspring puts a lot of emphasis on the little things that we feel pull-ups and diapers should have. Extra soft comfort is one, because babies may, at times, be wearing nappies for a whole day!

Wipes

Does material of baby wipes really matters?

Yes! The material of baby wipes play an major role of a wipe. Offspring choses only biodegradable cellulose fibre from Austria, with USDA biobased preferred certification. Our biodegradable cellulose fibre wipes contain zero plastic and chlorine which is harmful to your child and to the environment. It also able to hold and retain more liquid than the usual
wipes, and that it won’t dry off easily as compare to normal plastic-based wipes. So it also means you can use less wipes for better effect!

Why is your material embossed?

Our material has embossed design for easy and effective cleaning up.

Why is your material 60gsm feels lighter / thinner as compare to normal 60gsm wipes?

Bio-based and biodegradable wipes although it is 60gsm it doesn’t weigh down the material as it doesn’t contain any plastic, therefore it is light and moist, silky and soft, gentle to wipe your baby’s delicate skin.

What is in Offspring Plant-Based wipes?

Offspring plant-based wipes are all natural, from material itself to ingredients. Safe and gentle for your baby’s delicate skin. Our formulation is made using 99% water. The water has multi-layer filtering to ensure the highest purification and filtration. While other ingredients (remaining 1%) are made of organic-based ingredients, most important of all, our wipes are certified Australia Allergy, Made Safe & Toxic-Free, and Cruelty-Free.

We do not use any scents / fragrance / masking agent on our wipes and all scent from wipes are originally from the material and formulation itself.

What is Offspring Plant-Based wipes shelf life?

The shelf life of an unopened wipes is 2 years from manufacturing date. You can find the date of manufacturing and expiry date at the bottom of the wipes package.

How to store your wipes?

Close the lids each time after dispensing a wipe. Store at cool and dry area.

Hand sanitiser

Does Offspring’s Child-Friendly Hand Sanitiser Contain Alcohol?

Yes, it contains Ethanol, a plant-derived denatured alcohol necessary to kill germs and bacteria. Not to worry, the Ethanol content is at a safe, healthy level that eliminates germs effectively while being gentle on your little one’s skin.

Is it safe to use this hand sanitiser multiple times a day?

Absolutely! Feel free to use it as many times as you need to.

Do I need to wash my hands after using it?

With our quick-drying formula, it only takes a few seconds for the solution to absorb into the skin, leaving your child’s skin soft, sanitised and moisturised. No rinse required!

Does it dry the skin?

Nope, instead it moisturises the skin and keeps hands velvety soft. Gotta try it to believe it!

Is it safe for my child to put his hand in his mouth after using this?

It’s certainly safe, but we’d strongly advise letting the liquid dry first before allowing your kid to put his hand in his mouth.

Can I use this on sensitive/eczema skin?

Totally! Our Child-Friendly Hand Sanitiser is certified allergy-safe and toxic free, and is made with all-natural ingredients that are hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types, including sensitive/eczema skin.

Baby Lotion

What makes your nourishing baby lotion effective?

Offspring nourishing baby lotion is made with four (4) key ingredients. Aloe vera juice, Calendula flower oil, Chamomile flower extract and Shea nut butter. These ingredients have high moisturizing content and soothe sensitive skin. Offspring nourishing baby lotion going beyond the requirements of Eco-Friendly Standards, with at least 81.9% of the total ingredients are from organic farming, and over 99.0% of the total ingredients are from natural origins.

Can I use your baby lotion on baby’s face?

Yes, definitely! It’s designed to be safe on skin, even on the face, from newborn to adults.

Why is the texture of Offspring nourishing baby lotion so different with other lotion in the market?

We designed our baby lotion to be able to stay moisturize on the skin, while keeping skin supple and non-greasy. The texture is concentrated during rubbing. Hence you may apply a small amount of our baby lotion, rub the same direction on your skin, repeat few rounds to get the lotion fully absorbed into the skin. Once it’s absorbed into the skin, usually it stays there 24 hours, if there is no in touch with water or cleansing on the skin.

Why is the colour of the lotion changes as time goes by?

All organic and natural skincare, which made without artificial chemicals, turn colour subject to weather and storing, and temperature condition. However, it is still safe to use even though the colour of the lotion has turned slightly brownish. The colour of the product varies according to the batch of harvested organic framing plants. Since we do not add any colouring on the formulation, there are situation whereby you might notice the colour are different from the previous batch – which is perfectly normal. We only provide the purest, organic ingredients from organic harvested plants to make our products. All our products undergo Stability Test and P.E.T testing to ensure they are safe for consumers and able to withstand high temperatures.

Essential oils vs Artificial fragrance – Why does Offspring use essential oils?

Offspring products only uses natural or organic essential oils. The scent from the products are originally from the essential oils and we never use any synthetic artificial fragrance. We believe in providing the purest skin products for the babies. We blend essential oils into our products from aromatherapy standpoint, and also for their specific skin benefits. The amount of essential oils used in our baby products are according to the Australia aromatherapy standards, that the amount used has not to be overpower that causes any skin irritations.

Do you test on animals?

NEVER! We love animals, and will never test on them. And we go so far as to ensure that all of our partners, in every level of production, manufacturing or sourcing, do the same. Offspring conducts no product testing on animals, as all the ingredients are safe and certified as ‘food grade’. We test all prototype products first on ourselves, then on our families and friends, all on a voluntary basis. If a new product does not pass our strict standards, it does not make it to the marketplace. We are also certified by PETA which means that not only do we not test our products on animals, but we have confirmed that none of our raw material suppliers test their ingredients on animals either.

Head-to-toe Wash

What is the difference of Offspring Gentle Head To Toe Wash with other wash in the market?

Our head to toe wash is specially designed for newborn and up to toddlers. It contains the highest content of aloe vera juice, with healing and soothing ingredients such as Calendula flower oil, Chamomile flower extract and Lavender oil. The gel-like texture is much concentrated as compare to conventional baby wash. Besides the gentle and healing properties of the ingredients above, we designed our head to toe wash in a way that is it concentrated, but less foamy as compared to conventional wash. It is easy to rinse off and leave no foam residues on your baby’s and toddler’s hair or body. It doesn’t sting the eyes, and made without numbing agents.

Can I use your head to toe wash for face cleansing?

Some of our parents use our head to toe wash as face cleanser, and it does able to keep the skin moist without over stripping of moisture layer of the skin.

Why should I use Offspring Rinse-Free Bum Cleansing Spray instead of water?

Our Rinse-Free Bum Cleansing Spray are specially designed when water is inaccessible. It works effectively on any skin part, even to the most delicate area, by effectively removing dirt, grease, and eliminating bad odour. Offspring Rinse-Free Bum Cleansing Spray is going beyond the requirements of Eco-Friendly Standards, with at least 86.4% of the total ingredients are from organic farming, and over 97.9% of the total ingredients are from natural origins.

Can I use bum cleansing spray for anything else?

You may use it to cleanse your dirty hands, or your toddlers’ oily hands after a meal, and also for your baby’s bum especially when poo are sticking on the bum and unable to remove solely with baby wipes. Just spray, wipe and you’re ready to go.

Can I use this as sanitizer?

Unfortunately, our bum spray is not designed for sanitizing purpose, as it doesn’t contain any alcohol. However it only works perfectly for cleansing purpose.

What is your product expire date?

What makes your nappy balm effective?

Offspring nappy balm made of four (4) key ingredients. Olive fruit oil, Beeswax, Calendula flower oil and Jojoba oil. These ingredients act as natural skin barrier, seal, heal and protect sensitive, irritated skin. Offspring soothing nappy balm going beyond the requirements of Eco-Friendly Standards, with at least 94.4% of the total ingredients are from organic farming, and over 99.0% of the total ingredients are from natural origins.

Does your nappy balm suitable for eczema prone skin?

Our nappy balm is Dermatologist-Tested in Australia. So it is suitable for eczema prone skin.

I notice there is some tiny particles texture in the nappy balm, is it normal?

The key ingredient of our nappy balm – Beeswax contains the high fatty acids and vitamin E. Beeswax become soft, pliable, and liquid when they are warm and turn variably hard when they are cold. When the temperature is high, our balm will melt so do the beeswax, this is due to the nature of natural ingredients – Rest assured that it is still effective and safe to use, even though the texture has changed. All our products undergo Stability Test and P.E.T testing to ensure they are safe for consumers and able to withstand high temperatures.

Do you test on animals?

Can I use Offspring Nappy Balm for other purposes?

Definitely! Our Nappy Balm is multifunctional. It is suitable to apply on very dry skin, soothe irritated skin, and can be used on lips, cracked nipples for breastfeeding mums or any other skin area that requires healing.

Buzz Away Spray

Can I use Offspring Buzz Away Spray on my baby?

Essential oils formulated for Buzz Away Spray have high concentrations, and it is suitable for babies 3 months old and above as it contains peppermint and wintergreen essential oil. However, we formulated our product with a mixture of quality organic based oil with a proper percentage, and it should not cause irritation unless your child has an allergy or specific sensitivity. Our Buzz Away Spray is Australian Allergy Certified. It is clinically tested with 100% free of chemicals published under key issues and key allergens; and it is safe and effective. We recommend that you consult with physician before using this product on an infant or if your child has special allergies. With any product that is new to your child, it is best to do a skin patch test prior to full usage.

Why did Offspring remove the Eco-Friendly Standards logo from the Buzz Away Spray packaging?

The National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) of Malaysia regulates all Buzz Away Spray and Buzz Away Spray does not fall under Malaysia Drug Control Authority neither skincare. Therefore, Eco-Friendly Standards unable to certify this product as Eco-Friendly Standards certifies skincare related products. So, even though our Buzz Away Spray are using certified organic ingredients and formulation, we cannot apply the Eco-Friendly Standards logo on our packaging.

Do you test on animals?

How do I use Offspring Buzz Away Spray?

Shake well. Spray directly on your child’s skin avoiding the eyes and face. For gentle way, spray on your hands, gently rub on your child’s skin. Apply evenly. A little bit of our organic repellent formula goes a long way in protecting your child from mosquitoes. Apply evenly and reapply every 2 hours if needed. We advise to avoid the eyes area due to high concentration of essential oils.

Wonder Oil

What is the difference between Wonder Oil vs virgin coconut oil?

Our Wonder Oil is formulated using the finest organic certified coconut oil, whereby the coconut is organically farmed without pesticides and herbicides in a well-controlled environment. Our organic virgin coconut oil is certified 100% organic by Eco-Friendly Standards. It’s also cold-pressed.

What makes Wonder Oil special?

Our Wonder Oil is specially designed for sensitive skin, and also for the hair. We use organic camellia flower oil that helps to balance the fatty acids that coconut oil has. Camellia flower oil is very light-weight by nature, and known as a “plant collagen” as it is able to seal moisture and nutrients deep into the layers of skin. We also added calendula extract for antioxidant purposes. With the combination of coconut oil, camellia flower oil and calendula extract, our Wonder Oil works for face, hand, body, hair and legs, giving the glow and moisture that your skin needs.

Unlike mineral oil that clogs pores, our Wonder Oil does not clog pores. It also provides your skin with essential fatty acids and does not trigger allergies – as it does not contain fragrance, gluten and nuts.

What is special about Camellia Flower Oil?

Camellia flower oil contains about 80% oleic acid, similar to macadamia nut and olive oil. But the difference is that camellia flower oil does not clog pores, is very lightweight, yet full of healing properties and omega fatty acid. It is also known to be great source of “plant-collagen”. It absorbs easily into your skin and promotes skin renewal, keeping your skin healthy and radiant.

Besides that, this lightweight oil also works very well in strengthening the hair and sealing moisture into hair follicles, which is important to keep hair healthy and moisturised.

Is Wonder Oil safe for baby? Since it is good for adults?

Of course! We only use more than 98% organic plant-oils. It is made without mineral and petroleum oil, synthetic chemical and fragrance, and it is gluten-free and nut-free too. We formulated it in a way that it is safe for pregnant mothers and newborn babies.

When is the best time to use Wonder oil?

The best time to use on your skin is after bathtime. This is when the pores are damp and open, and able to draw in more nutrients from the oil. Alternatively, you can use it on dry skin from time to time.

Can I use the oil on my face or on my baby’s face?

Absolutely! You can use it as face oil for your face, or even on your baby’s face for a healthy glow. Because it is so pure and lightweight, it does not clog pores.

Can I use for cradle cap?

You can use it for cradle cap, or irritated skin as well because coconut oil is an oil that has strong anti-microbial effects. Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid and is known to be able to heal sensitive, irritated skin.

What is the expiry date of Wonder Oil?

Our products have a 2-year expiration date of manufacture and 6 months period of use, once opened within this 2 year date.

Offspring’s baby bath and skincare range does not use any harmful and controversial preservatives, which are often used by many brands to extend the shelf life of skincare products.

We only use natural-based preservatives that are globally approved by Eco-Friendly Standards.

To maximise the effects of this product, it is important to ensure you store the product correctly, keep it sealed when not in use, and out of direct heat and sunlight.

Why Offspring hand-wash is ”watery” and light?

Our plant-based and water-based hand wash is made with high content of aloe vera leaf juice, but with an adjusted texture for the liquid. We designed our hand wash light but foamy because we hope hand washing routine can be easier to fit into your busy lifestyle. Our hand wash does not leave foam residue on your hands and although it’s foamy but it’s easily rinse-off quick and keep your hands clean, moisturised and fresh.

Is your hand wash contains antibacterial function?

Antibacterial hand wash contains the chemical “triclosan”, an ingredient that being banned from US FDA and it’s also harmful and toxic. Although our hand wash contains lemon essential oil as part of the natural “antibacterial”, but the fact that washing hands with soap and water already able to keep your hands free from germs and bacteria. Therefore there is not a need to have “antibacterial” chemical in your hand wash.

Is your hand wash child-safe?

Absolutely! Our hand wash is made with 99.9% natural derived ingredients, such as plant oils and natural fruit oils. It is safe for you and your child.

Stain Remover

What types of stains does the stain remover work best on?

Formulated with plant-derived ingredients, our stain remover is designed to remove stains such as food, formula, poo, urine and any other dirty stains that are related to babies. It is not meant to remove marker pen stains, paint or ink.

Why should I use a stain remover when I already have laundry wash?

It’s a fact — babies often have all sorts of stains on their clothes, whether it’s food, poo, urine, spit-up, juice or milk. Over time, the accumulation of stubborn stains becomes more visible on clothes, resulting in an unclean and worn-off appearance. Our natural Baby Stain Remover comes to the rescue with targeted action to remove all types of baby stains from clothes.

Does your natural stain remover contain optical brighteners?

Absolutely not – nor does it contain SLS/SLES, ammonia, chlorine, bleach, phosphates or fragrance.

Formulated only with biodegradable biobased surfactants and plant extracts, Offspring Plant-based Baby Dish Wash removes grease, milk residue and food stains on baby utensils and bottles naturally and effectively. We use coconut-derived surfactants to replace harmful SLS and SLES, and lemongrass oil as a natural source of antiviral and antibacterial properties to protect against bacteria and fungi, to clean effectively while being completely gentle on skin. An unopened product stored at temperatures below 30c should be good for at least two (2) years. The extreme temperature may change the colour of the product, but it is still safe to use.

Unfortunately, the Multi-Surface Cleaner is designed for the purpose of disinfecting and deodorising fabric items. Stain remover products usually require a stronger formulation with synthetic ingredients, and hence the Multi-Surface Cleaner is not meant for that purpose.

How do I use your new Multi-Surface Cleaner?

Just spray and wipe on hard surfaces. For fabric items, spray and leave dry for 1 minute for the disinfection process to take effect.

Is your new Multi-Surface Cleaner safe for babies, since it contains essential oils?

The new Multi-Surface Cleaner is designed with babies and children in mind — hence, it is formulated with a reasonable percentage of essential oils based on Australian standards that is extremely mild and gentle. It has also earned certification from Australian-Allergy Certified and Australian Made Safe and Cruelty-Free board.

What is the delivery time frame?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days before it is handed over to the courier company.(Sat , Sun, PH is NOT included) and you should receive your order within 1-3 working days. Do take note that due to the restrictions imposed as a result of COVID19, it may take an extra day or two for our courier company to deliver the package. We will still process your orders as per normal. Please also give an extra day or two for special nationwide sales dates like 11.11 etc.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, you can change your delivery address before your order is shipped. Kindly contact our customer service representative at our social media platforms or offspringsgsupport@jddistribution.sg. Once the order is shipped, you are unable to change your delivery address.

Is there a shipping fee when I order the diaper trial pack?

What if I have provided the wrong shipping address / not available during the delivery?

In the case of failed delivery due to wrong address provided by customer / not available during the delivery attempts, the following shipping fee will be charged to retrieve and resend the parcel:

If you choose to cancel the order following the delivery to the wrong address / not available during the delivery, this will be treated as an order return and you will be charged a restocking fee for each return, on top of the retrieval fee as indicated above.

What if I need my order urgently?

You may select the express delivery option upon checkout for an additional delivery fee. Please refer to the following FAQs on the express delivery option for more info.

What is the shipping fees for express delivery within Singapore?

Shipping fee for all places is $15

Do note that all delivery charges are set by and are paid fully to our delivery partner.

What is the delivery time frame for express delivery?

For orders done before 11am, delivery will be done between 1pm-11pm on the same day. Otherwise, for orders done after 11am, delivery will be done on the next working day. Please make sure someone is around to receive the parcel.

Can I do any product exchange with my express delivery?

Not at the moment, as we have just launched this in collaboration with an outsourced team as we have received plenty of feedback requesting for this. We hope to be able to provide this service in the future though.

Are there express deliveries during public holidays or weekends?

No. The delivery team needs to rest too!

Can I change my delivery address for express delivery?

Yes, you may change your delivery address before 11am of delivery date. Kindly contact our customer service representative as early as possible via our social media platforms.

Return

Can I return the product if I don’t want it or need it?

Yes, you can return your purchase with the condition that the items are in their unopened/original condition, in full bundle (if relevant) and within 30 days of receiving the parcel. Your refund would be in the form of store credits which you can use to make other purchases on our website, or withdrawn into your bank account. Please note that you would be charged a restocking fee, and the postage fee would be solely borne by you.

Why am I charged a restocking fee?

The restocking fee is a minimum charge to cover the expenses of the return processing, restocking, and payment handling.

Exchange

I received my diapers and I realized that I have ordered the wrong size, can I exchange?

Purchased items are not eligible for exchange. As we offer purchase of trials for most of our products, and flexibility of choosing designs and sizes for our diapers, we encourage our customers to take advantage of these before making a full purchase. However, if the items are still in their original and unopened condition, you may request for a return here. You will be refunded with store credits which you can use to make another purchase at our website, or withdrawn into your personal account.

Can I walk in to your warehouse to perform exchange?

Due to COVID19 restrictions, we do not encourage exchange at our warehouse. However if you do need it urgently, do contact us via email: offspringsgsupport@jddistribution.sg. or our social media platforms for assistance.

I have just placed my order and have selected wrongly, can I amend my order?

I have bought Offspring diapers at a retail outlet and would like to make a diaper exchange.

I have received a defective item. Can I request for a refund?

If you have received defective/damaged items, please contact our customer service representative at our social media platforms or offspringsgsupport@jddistribution.sg. We do not provide refunds for damaged or defective items.

Is there a time frame to report a damaged item?

Yes, within 3 days upon receiving the item.

Can I change the damaged item with other similar-priced item?

We will only replace the damaged/defective item with the same item and variety, as per your order.
